There are situations in which some of the coins can be irretrievably lost. The reason for this, most often, is an error in the number of coins you sent to our wallets. You will see something like this message from our manager: “Unfortunately, your deposit was less than the minimum amount. The minimum deposit of this coin on our exchange is *** coins.”
We will not be able to return them or pay you for this application since we simply did not receive such a deposit.
